This service is dedicated to all those who have made a purchase at PUNTOENERGIA ITALY SRL, and have found the quality of malfunction or defects in the goods purchased and still under warranty.
All products are covered by the legal warranty against defects in 24-month factory for private (B2B) and 12 months for resellers and installers (B2C) as from the date of purchase.

Procedure for warranty repair (RMA)
- Download the RMA form in pdf
- Complete the RMA form in all its parts indicating, in detail, the defect and if possible, attach the installation photos. They will not be allowed returns of defective products, in case of use of generic terms such as "does not work", "not Go" etc .;
- Send the RMA form and a copy of the purchase invoice or sales receipt to: firstname.lastname@example.org
- The request for assistance will be taken in charge by our staff who will authorize the return of the product with a mail addressed to the customer, with an attachment of the RMA number and date. We will not make assistance on products returned to the company without the RMA number issued by our staff.
- We receive your email, with RMA number and date of issue, the customer can send, at its own expense, the product at our facility. Include in the package a copy of the RMA form and copy of the receipt issued at the time of purchase. The products must be returned intact original packaging and complete with manuals and related accessories;
N.B .: The shipping costs for the return of the product at our office, and those concerning the return of the product being replaced or repaired under warranty, will be the sole responsibility of the customer;
