Replacement or repair of a product under warranty (RMA)

This service is dedicated to all those who made a purchase at PUNTOENERGIA ITALIA SRL, and who found quality defects or malfunctions in the goods purchased and still covered by warranty. Through this service you can request authorization to return goods. Before completing the form it is necessary to read carefully the instructions on this page. The request, as soon as it is received, will be examined and a reply will be sent by e-mail or telephone.

Instructions for warranty claims.

All products are covered by warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. The warranty period is subject to the conditions of the company that makes it. RMA procedure:
1 - Complete the RMA form in all its parts
2 - Send the RMA form together with the copy of the purchase invoice or the fiscal receipt to [email protected]
3 - The RMA module will be taken over by our staff who will authorize the return of the product at our office, returning to the customer the form via e-mail complete with RMA number and date
4 - The dispatch by Puntoenergia Italia of the Rima monaco, full of number and date, is valid as authorization for the return of the product. The customer can send the product to our office at his own expense, taking care to insert a copy of the form in the package RMA and copy of the tax document issued at the time of purchase.

Rules for warranty interventions:

1 - Each item must be returned in the original packaging complete with manuals and related accessories;
2 - Possession of invoice or receipt;
3 - Compilation of the RMA form in all its parts with details on the same, in detail, of the defect found and how to link the product. No re-entry of defective products will be authorized if generic terms such as: "does not work", "do not go", etc. are used;
4 - The shipping costs related to the return of the product at our office and those related to the return of the product replaced or repaired under warranty, will be at the exclusive expense of the customer;
